1. Who should apply?
Startups or companies working on innovative healthcare or AI-driven solutions are welcome to apply. We accept early-stage, growth-stage, and research-based ventures.

2. Is there a fee to participate?
No, participation in the pitch challenge is free of charge. However, teams are responsible for their own travel and accommodation if attending in person.
3. How do I register, and what is required in the application?
All applicants must register by completing the online registration form and submit the following:

A pitch deck (PDF or PowerPoint, max file size of 1GB)

A pitch video (Length: Up to 3.5 minutes, Format and size: .mp4, .avi, max file size of 1GB)
4. How long is the pitch?
Each team will have 3.5 minutes to pitch, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A with the judges.

5. When is the application deadline?
The deadline for submission is extended to Thursday, 31 July 2025.

6. What is the judging criteria?
Judges will evaluate based on:

7. What are the benefits of participating in the Innovation Pitch Challenge?

8. How many members can attend the symposium?
Up to two members from the same company can gain complimentary access to HAI 2025.

9. Can I submit more than one application?
Founders should only submit one application per company.
10. Is my application confidential?
Yes, all applications are kept confidential and shared only within the judging panel.
